PITB and HED Launch BISE Examination Complaints Portal for Punjab Students
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and the Higher Education Department (HED) have jointly introduced the BISE Examination Complaints Portal, which aims to address concerns and complaints related to intermediate examinations for students across Punjab. This initiative provides a convenient online platform for students and parents to register their complaints regarding intermediate examinations.
Accessible through an online complaint form at https://complaints.bise.punjab.gov.pk/, the portal simplifies the complaint submission process, ensuring user-friendliness. Once a complaint is registered, it is immediately forwarded to the concerned board for necessary action, effective redressal and increased transparency in the education system.

In addition, complainants can register their complaints directly by contacting the helpline (042-111-11-2020), which is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, which is open for students. and provides extensive support to parents.
