The latest announcement, straight from YouTube’s support page, hints at a crackdown on apps that violate its terms, particularly those that block ads. This is not the first time that YouTube has addressed such apps; In 2022, the face of Venus was stopped. Users may notice issues such as buffering or error messages stating, “The following content is not available on this app,” if their apps do not follow the guidelines.
