In this guide, we are going to share the detailed step by step guide on how to proceed with online application for MUET Exams. Follow the steps and you’ll get your submitted form.
MUET Exam Guidelines and Online Application Form
Step # 1
Fill “Personal Information- Form tab”, and Click on Save & Next >> Button at the bottom of this page.
Picture should not greater than 9 KB and must be in JPG, png, gif format.
Step # 2
Fill “Appear In Exams- Form tab”, and Click on Save & Next >> Button at the bottom of this page.
Please select your semester (for Supplementary Exams), then check on the papers which you want to appear. For Theory or Practical You can override by handwriting after printing the form.
To appear for multiple exams, Candidate must Log-Out then submit seprate form using same UserID and password.

Step # 3
“Declaration Details- Form tab” just click on Save & Next >> Button at the bottom of this page to agree upon terms and conditions.
Step # 4
“Confirm Details- Form” just review your data and click on Submit Form Button at the bottom of this page and also at top of this page.
Step # 5
“Print Form” After successful submission of form you must click on Print Form Button at top of this page. (note: coloured print is not necessary, Black and white copy of form must be clean and clear.)
Step # 6
By performing Step# 5 you must click on Print page 1 Front Side and Print page 2 Back Side Buttons ,then submit printed form along with chalan & necessary documents in your department.
